We are seeking a Project Planner to join our Services BDH team. You will be responsible for supporting the team in complex and critical project management related activities. Your role plays a crucial part in ensuring things will run smoothly, which will contribute to the success of the company. In this position, you will report to the Director, Projects South America Region.
Team you belong toYou will join a team of Project Management professionals who work closely with internal stakeholders, such as Engineering, Purchasing and Logistics. Our team culture is all about getting it done - together. The members in our team are located in Chile, Peru, and Brazil.
What you'll doSupport the Project Management team in all complex and critical projects.Assist in the migration of BOM from Enovia to SAP.Ensure Project Information is up to date and accurate in the system (PEXPro).Assist Project Manager with ship list migration and setup.Support Project Managers with financial tracking, reporting, and updates.Assist Project Managers with Lessons Learned reporting.Prepare and maintain MS Projects to ensure everything is up to date.Liaise with internal stakeholders and track the progress of engineering activities against the plan.Assist Project Managers with internal and external vendor deliveries and scheduling.Coordinate with Purchasing, Sourcing and Logistics to help expedite vendor orders as needed.Prepare project portfolio reporting to the Director, Projects South America Region.Who you areBachelor of Engineering or Business Administration.You have previous experience in Project Management coordination and support.You have experience using SAP, Excel, and MS Project. Previous experience using PEXPro is an asset.You are able to work on multiple projects and multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize work accordingly.You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish.
