The Consumer Products division of this local Hasbro entity provides services for the licensing business of Hasbro International Inc. (HII). We are currently recruiting for this position, based in the local office in this market.
Position OverviewThe Trade Marketing Manager will partner with agencies in charge and lead Hasbro business on different distribution points of sale in channels. The purpose of this position is to push and accelerate growth:
Consolidate the new business model.Understand and develop distribution channels, based on multiformat specialization (shopper).Store segmentation to execute our brands according to budget, understanding Chile channel strategy.Consolidate the new partner commercial structure and team in order to grow Sell Out Mindset.Analyze data and find customer and brand opportunities.Help to build our channel strategy through the forecasting process, by item and brand, understanding portfolio in order to build share by country/channel.Lead sales and marketing team in order to inspire partnership across commercial areas.Lead customers to grow our business through constant communication and negotiation.COB Management, this position needs to lead COB lines such as exhibitions, marketing, and corporate markdowns.Negotiate with partners & retailers who want to invest in our brands.Develop people and team building.What You'll Bring:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economy, Marketing or similar.5-10 years of experience in retail channel sales or trade marketing.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Atlas, Microsoft Teams, and database management.Fluent in English and Spanish.Understanding of commercial and financial KPIs.Creative problem-solving / process improvement skills.Cross-functional collaboration and teamwork.Strong negotiation skills.Data understanding and ability to analyze them.
