The Offer- Opportunity to make a positive impact- Opportunities for career growth & development- Opening within a company with a solid track record of successThe JobYou will be responsible for :- Working closely with Team Executives as well as other support functions to provide proactive and effective general administrative assistance across a diverse range of tasks.- Scheduling and coordinating meetings.- Providing other organizational support such as ordering supplies and equipment.- Providing accountants and lawyers with high-level secretarial and administrative support.- Document Management- Task Management which includes updates to both team executives and clients- Obtaining financial documents and conversions- Documenting all financial transactions and monitoring company accounts.- Managing account receivables and payables, posting financial transactions to the accounting system and making bank deposits.The Profile- You have at least 3 years experience within a Admin Assistant or Legal Secretary role, ideally within the Professional Services industry.- You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.- You ideally have prior accounting experience.- You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).- You have good typing speed and an eye for detail.- You have working knowledge of Quickbooks Online, Type 50 WPM, Excellent English, Email Management, Project Management, Pcloud and Excel- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical dataThe EmployerSince its establishment in 1980, our client has delivered personalized financial and legal services to individuals and businesses globally, fostering enduring business connections.
