You will work with some of the country's largest brands, ensuring their advertising campaigns on Uber's Mobility and Delivery platforms are successful.
As an Ads platform expert, you'll showcase the value of Uber's advertising solutions and help partners meet their marketing objectives effectively.What You'll DoCampaign Management: Monitor campaign performance proactively, resolve issues, and ensure smooth execution.Coordination & Communication: Lead internal kick-off calls to align on campaign specifications and manage regular reporting tailored to client needs.Strategic Consultation: Understand clients' marketing challenges, suggest tactical adjustments, and recommend data-driven solutions to achieve goals.Data Analysis: Identify trends, deliver actionable insights, and uncover opportunities to enhance campaign performance and foster increased investment.Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to create impactful customer deliverables and align on product improvements.Product Advocacy: Expand product adoption by clearly communicating the value of Uber's ad offerings with creative and innovative narratives.Initiative Leadership: Spearhead key playbook initiatives to scale adoption and support restaurant and business partners effectively.What You'll NeedMinimum of 4 years in account management, operations, or sales roles.Proven experience managing and analyzing digital ad campaigns for enterprise-level brands.Background working with large, complex enterprise organizations.Strong analytical ability, including reviewing results and making data-driven recommendations.SQL skills (a plus).Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.Proficiency in communication, especially in customer-facing roles.Creative problem-solving with a proactive mindset.A self-starter mentality, resourcefulness, and comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
