We need to join our company as a Site Account Manager who generates a fully competent Account Management Team, deploys the FLSmidth Strategy through a Site Account Management Business Plan and specific Site Accounts Business Plans, and promotes collaboration within the complete organization team.

Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure clients are regularly informed of project status and maintain clear communication with clients to ensure client needs are met and any issues are resolved.Strengthen and expand relationships with the account/customer in charge.Communicate the client goals, and products-services requirements, and represent the client's interests in front of the FLSmidth Organization to ensure client expectations are met and managed.Develop a strong understanding of company capabilities, products, and services, and effectively communicate offerings to the client.Keep the company updated about the customer organization.Keep the company updated about our peer's performance in front of the customer.Perform proactive detection and generation of new commercial opportunities for the complete FLSmidth offering.Promote and develop the FLSmidth strategic objectives in front of the customer.Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.Improve our position in the buy-sell hierarchy.Deploy our Sustainable Productivity Enhancement Strategy.Knowledge of CRM systems.Promote a culture of safety and self-care, both on a personal level, of the team that forms part of it, as well as throughout the company, integrating our stakeholders who may be impacted by our activities, complying with established standards, policies, and requirements; actively participating in the activities scheduled in the annual HSEQA plans and programs; reporting all incidents, near misses, acts or substandard conditions that occur and, if necessary, ensure their active participation in an investigation.What you bringUniversity Degree: Metallurgy, Metallurgical, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Commercial Engineering.2-4 years in the mining sector, construction, commodities.Positions such as Sales or Commercial Engineer, Applications Engineer, Applications and Sales Engineer, Commercial Technician, Process Improvement Engineer, Process Engineer, Post Sales Engineer, Metallurgy Supervisor, Productivity Engineer.What we offerA competitive remuneration package is offered.Options available for working from home.Health insurance for employees and their immediate families.All candidates must pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test.
