Are you ready to take on a key role in our IT team? We are currently seeking a talented Service Desk (Delivery) Specialist to spearhead incident management and contribute to exciting projects. As a specialist, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch IT support for the global end-user community, including remote workers. This involves device support and deployment, lifecycle management, end-user training, collaboration services, and administration of other business applications. What You'll Do: Incident management: BAU and BreakFix Tickets—Providing Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for the global end-user community, including remote workers. This involves device support and deployment, lifecycle management, end-user training, collaboration services, and administration of other business applications. Project Contribution: Assist in deploying new services within assigned project teams. Security and Compliance: Work with the service security team to ensure that all end-user devices are compliant. Asset Coordination: Manage assets for new joiners and leavers in LATAM regions, including maintaining an accurate inventory. Other responsibilities will be assigned as required. What You Bring: Associate's degree in computer science or communications. Exceptional written and verbal English skills are a must. At least two years of experience in End User Support. Proficiency in Azure Active Directory, Bitlocker, and Defender ATP, as well as Microsoft operating systems (Windows 11, Windows Virtual Desktops) and Mac OSX. Knowledge of Office 365 environment, including Email, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. Familiarity with the deployment of smartphones (Android/iOS). Strong training development skills, communicating complex technical matters in an easy-to-understand way. Ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
