Position Overview: As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for leveraging lead lists to drive new business through outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn. Your primary goal will be to engage potential clients, understand their needs, and schedule appointments for the sales team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with some experience in sales or business development who is eager to build relationships and deliver results in a high-energy, commission-based environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outreach using email, phone calls, and LinkedIn messages based on existing lead lists. Craft personalized, engaging communications to capture potential clients' interest. Qualify leads by identifying their needs and assessing their interest in our products/services. Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the sales team. Track outreach activities using GoHighLevel and maintain accurate records of client interactions. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to continuously improve outreach strategies. Provide regular feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements for lead generation efforts. Demonstrate persistence and a positive attitude throughout follow-up communications. Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) are essential. Proficiency in using email, phone, and social media (LinkedIn) for outreach. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus. Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Passion for helping clients solve problems and meeting their needs.
