JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description:P&O Business Partner -South LatamThis role can be based in Santiago, Buenos Aires or Bogotá.P&O Business Partner drives and manages the P&O strategic agenda related to Culture, Talent and Capabilities that closely supports South LATAM goals; also ensures the Effectiveness agenda of the P&O processes and associates.This position acts as partner and advisor of the South LATAM leadership team and line managers community, while facilitating initiatives across the 9 countries.What are we looking for?Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent LevelIdeally, you'll have over 5 years' experience supervising and directing people and otherresources to achieve specific end results within limitedtimeframesWe want someone who can work independently and be a team player +10-15yrs work experience as an HR business partnerExcellent people management skillsAnalytical and goal orientedDemonstrable experience with HR metricsFull understanding of all HR functions and What will be your key responsibilities?Drives People initiatives in terms of Culture, Talent and Capabilities, aligned with strategic business objectives, as per P&O Priorities in line with PN South LATAM 5+5.Provides improvement recommendations based on analyzing trends and P&O metrics that may impact people and business.Leads South LATAM Associates Experience Agenda while implementing successfully global programs (FOW, D&I, BeWell…).Counsels South LATAM Leaders on strategic P&O topics and ensures capabilities around signature processes.
Provides leadership and coordination of the Talent and People Strategy for South LATAM.Anticipates organizational Talent risks and developing mitigation strategies.Creates and implements development programs for associates.Drives X-segment initiatives -AGE, GLM Plus and Onboarding agenda- while promoting a healthy Ecosystem Talent Exchange.Supports business transformations by supporting business leaders having the right people in the right place and leading Change Management agenda.Works closely with Rewards and Payroll team to monitor market trends and ensures comps and ben proper actualizations, while being guardian of OVH budget.In partnership with AR and Legal team shapes P&O regulations and policies based on key business needs and strategic P&O drivers.Ensures systems and WD are continuously updated.What can you expect from Mars?Work with over 140,000 diverse and talented Associates, all guided by The Five Principles.
