Position OverviewAn Order to Cash (OTC) Specialist will work closely with the internal Sovos Billing, Account Receivable, Collections, and accounting teams to provide on-going support and maintenance of our business systems, processes, and data.
Job ResponsibilitiesSupport billing/collections/Cash application, accommodating ad-hoc user requests to support your assigned Line of Business (LOB)Use existing dashboards and worklist to support on-time billing/collectionsPartner with OTC leaders on work calendarManage individual worklist preparation and reportingSupport monthly US customer PI process, including sweep sheets / close-won finance approval process / NetSuite synchTroubleshoot with team on quotes, invoices, and other data-driven elementsIdentify process improvements to complete assigned functions more efficiently (e.g., strengthening deal approval, cash application efficiency measures, etc.)Participate in providing use cases and other business needs for broader system transformation – including amendments and subscription billing toolAssist in the support of internal audits and controls to ensure integrity of business processes and data are maintainedWhat We Need From YouUnderstanding of standard business practices related to OTC processes and systems (Sales cycle, CRM applications, reporting, forecasting, billing, accounts receivable, cash flow at risk and renewal quotes)Proficient in the Microsoft suite of products with extensive Microsoft Excel expertiseAbility to use Salesforce.com preferredAbility to use Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx and/or TableauStrong logical and quantitative skills; ability to determine trends and propose solutionsExcellent communication and organizational skillsSovos is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing an environment that celebrates diversity and where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and employees.
