Operations Manager

Curico Area - Chile: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, logistics, and export compliance. They will be responsible for managing the complete supply chain process, including export documentation and vendor negotiations. Key Responsibilities: Manage the supply chain process, including export documentation and vendor negotiations. Forecast staffing requirements and prepare hiring proposals. Conduct comparative studies of quotations from multiple vendors and submit recommendations. Review and submit shipment-related documents in a timely manner. Maintain detailed logs of fruit dispatch and reception at processing/packing plants and submit regular reports to headquarters. Requirements: Proven experience of 10 years in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of export documentation and compliance requirements.
