KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Export Platforms Development and Maintenance Develop and maintain platforms to facilitate export activities.
Ensure efficiency and compliance with relevant regulations.
Producer Platforms Generation Establish and manage platforms for effective communication and collaboration with producers.
Coordinate production and shipment processes smoothly.
National Sales Platforms Creation Create and manage platforms to support national sales.
Oversee efficient distribution and sales within the domestic market.
Tracking Fruits Shipped and Received Maintain detailed records of fruits shipped and received at processing plants.
Ensure accuracy and transparency in inventory management.
Quantity Account Management Monitor and manage quantities of fruit received, processed, and shipped.
Maintain accurate records to support decision-making.
Report discrepancies between purchased, shipped, and stored quantities immediately via email, including explanations and photographs.
Proforma Billing Reports Generation Prepare and manage proforma billing reports for fruits received from producers.
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
Report each proforma billing immediately via email.
Facilitating Customs Invoicing Generate reports to assist with proforma invoices for customs.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Domestic Market Billing Coordination Notify the accounting department of fruit destined for the domestic market.
Facilitate the billing process for domestic sales.
Export Invoices Information Provision Provide necessary information for issuing export invoices.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements and shipping documents.
Seek necessary approvals from the Head Office promptly.
Documentation Management Control and monitor documentation related to exports.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of shipping documents.
Quantitative Inventory Control Maintain control of inventory, including packaging materials.
Track requirements, usage, and closing stock levels.
Report discrepancies between purchased, shipped, and stored quantities immediately via email, including explanations.
Compilation of Documents Coordinate with growers and pack house personnel to gather and maintain a comprehensive database of quality certificates.
