GP Strategies has delivered our innovative consulting, learning services, and talent technology solutions to over 6,000 organizations globally.**Job Summary**The Media Design Specialist support the team in the development of training content considering best distance learning practices for adults and the best interface for the users (learnings).**Main Activities**:- Understand product specifications and user psychology- Conduct concept and usability tests and gather feedback- Define the right interaction model and measure its success- Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs- Finding creative ways to solve user experience (UX) issues, such as usability, findability, etc.- Work with UI designers to implement compelling designs- Communicating design ideas and prototypes to developers- Keep abreast of competing products and industry trends**Qualifications**- At least 2 years experience as a designer- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or related fieldWith more than 4000 employees in over 30 countries, diversity at GP Strategies is second nature!
