Job Description DEVELOPMENT OF SPONSORSHIP STRATEGY Design and execute sponsorship strategy for internal events, with the objective of increasing company revenue.
Conduct market research to identify new sponsorship opportunities that align with the company's objectives and values.
Establish clear sponsorship objectives for each event and create detailed plans to achieve them.
SPONSOR IDENTIFICATION AND MANAGEMENT Search, identify and prospect for potential sponsors to add value to internal events.
Develop customized value propositions for potential sponsors.
Negotiate terms of sponsorship agreements, ensuring that they are beneficial to both the company and the sponsors.
RELATIONSHIP WITH SPONSORS AND FULFULLMENT OF AGREEMENT Maintain strong, long-term relationships with current and potential sponsors, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with the terms agreed upon in sponsorship contracts.Act as the main point of contact for sponsors, managing all communications and requests.
INTERNAL EVENT COORDINATION Work closely with the marketing team to ensure sponsors are adequately represented and receive the agreed upon exposure.
Manage the sponsorship budget and maximize the return on investment for the company.
Qualifications Business engineer Ideally 1 year of experience in sponsorship, business development, or marketing roles Ability to work in multifunctional teams Negotiation Skills Relationship Development Project Management and Organization Knowledge of Marketing and Brand Management Advanced English Financial Management and Budget control Additional Information
