Director, Digital Experiences & Capabilities, Consumers – LATAM Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities: B2C Growth Strategy Development: responsible for leading and executing innovative and sustainable growth strategies with a transversal support between global and local consumer priorities. Monitor and analyze business metrics, making data-driven decisions and optimizations. Digital Shelf: Lead collaboration between DTS and other stakeholders to address Global XPs team needs to pilot Digital Shelf strategy in LatAm. D2C LatAm: Lead D2C strategy in emerging markets (Argentina, Brazil and Guatemala), connecting business needs, Bottlers operation and technical improvements with DTS. Support growth and ops strategy of D2C ETH Mexico. Business Capabilities: Develop and enhance business capabilities, tools, engagement and communication plans for Bottlers to optimize operational efficiency. Stakeholder Management: This is a director level role. This role will require senior-level stakeholder engagement across The Coca-Cola Company, our Bottling partners and is expected to navigate our internal network and lead with people to achieve great results. Stakeholders include but are not limited to: C&CL and Marketing leaders VP and Senior Director level stakeholders internally. Qualification & Requirements: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Commercial Strategy, Trade Marketing and Digital. Proven abilities of Analytical Thinking, Leadership, Initiative, Teamwork, Work under Pressure, Adaptability, and Influence. Deep knowledge of FMCGs commercial area, Modern Trade, bottler economics, system levers, processes, and tools. Proven experience in Commercial planning and execution, with strong skills in Channel Strategy, Value or Route to market, Innovation and Portfolio strategy. Knowledge of connections, digital marketing, media strategy and communication planning for leader and smaller brands. Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams. Communicating, influence and negotiate across multiple stakeholders. Experience in leading strategic conversations, negotiations and alignment with senior and key stakeholders.
