About the Back End Developer Role What You'll Do:
Design, build and maintain highly resilient, flexible and scalable architecture by collaborating closely with PMEnsure team makes solid technical decisions and team output is high qualityReview code to ensure technical implementation meets functional requirementsDevelop, test, document and release full-stack, end-to-end featuresParticipate in sprint planning and getting work done in two-week sprintsParticipate in code reviews as well as post-deployment site monitoringResearch and evaluate new technologies that may improve our processes or code basesPassionate about solving hard problems using data-driven solutionsUnderstanding of algorithms, data structures and software designRequirements:
5+ years of experience as a professional Software Engineer with Python (Javascript, TypeScript experience is a plus)Experience supporting a web application product in Production environmentsYou have experience working as a part of a team with Product, Project Managers, stakeholders, Q/A, and other EngineersYou are always learning new things and are excited to dive into new projects and new technologiesYou make a habit of documenting your code and learningsProficient speaking and writing in EnglishIf you think you'd be a good fit for this role, even if you may not meet all of the requirements, we'd love for you to apply!
