The Workday Consultant will manage any issues and to support the continued development of Workday capabilities. We believe in fairness and choose to be honest, transparent and authentic in everything we do.Key Responsibilities: Working with local HR teams to triage and resolve HR Information System cases raised and escalating unresolved cases, where required, within the Workday CoE or to the Weir Group IT team.Supporting testing of new Workday functionality delivered through ongoing releases and continuous improvement activityOngoing management of HR data and Workday process operational controlsIncreasing adoption and utilisation of Workday and Reports & Dashboards through the provision of training and coaching to HR TeamSafety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: Knowledge of Workday is essential, and experience with HR ServiceNow and Microsoft Teams would be desirable.The ideal candidate will be solutions focused, have experience with data and analytics and have a passion for continuous improvementMust have the ability to work in a virtual team setting and work independently/manage their workload effectively. Candidates must be comfortable discussing technical and sometimes quite complex concepts in English.
