Ultrasound Business Leader Your role: Implementation of the business strategy for Ultrasound in the Brazilian Market in alignment with strategic Market priorities. Drives demand generation and ensures local relevance of the value propositions. The Business Leader is responsible for planning and executing, monitoring performance, developing and enabling execution of corrective actions in the Markets to achieve Annual Operation Plan commitments. Lead driver of the End-2-End new product introduction (NPI) process in Brazil for Ultrasound. Responsible for planning and coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure successful and timely launch of key products aligned with the global and local market strategies. Drive excellence through analysis of pricing and product offering for implementation of the ultrasound products price list aligned with global commercial pricing policy for direct & indirect sales. Support Business Marketing Managers in creating realistic Business-Market Collaboration (BMC) plans aligned with the current and future product offering for the market, as well as providing relevant information to help them make informed decisions on business plans. Contributing to the development of new channels (incl. digital), and optimizing existing channel mix, linking to sales plans. Drives clients loyalty by aligning the necessary resources within the Market. Provide business with local insights about markets, competition and trends. Marketing Performance Optimization and drives continuous improvements applying LEAN. You're the right fit if: You have experience developing and executing strategic and tactical sales plans while identifying new business opportunities. You have at least 5 years of experience with P&L management including revenue and margin management. You have gained significant experience in marketing in the technology, healthcare domain, oriented to ultrasound products. You have deep expert knowledge of company ultrasound products. You have experience leading a cross-functional team. You have experience working in a business with complex market/channel structures.
