Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate, supervise, and control the operation of reception, dispatch, and transportation of passengers and their luggage of the Antarctic program.
2. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, as well as cost control and communication with direct suppliers in passenger care (transporter, hotels, public services, air operators, and everything related to the service).
3.
Report and address the performance of electronic tools internally.
4. Coordination prior to the arrival of passengers, arrangements for transportation, accommodation, access to facilities within the port for the duration of their stay, and any need that requires attention.
5. At the airports of Punta Arenas and Santiago, it is the responsibility of the Travel Assistant to coordinate said attention at the arrival and or dispatch of the passenger, upon arrival in the corresponding passenger reception room and or at departure, intervening with the airport operator at the public service desk.

Required Skillset and Experience:

1. Proven experience in similar Customer Service roles.
2. Experience working with suppliers.
3. Solid communication, organization, and time management skills.
4. Intermediate English level.
5. Intermediate – MS Office Package.
