You will play a key role in driving the growth and success of CloserRecruitment Americas.MAIN MISSION:Enable, Lead, and Coordinate: You will enable, lead, or coordinate the various functions of our recruitment group business to provide effective and close recruitment solutions for clients and candidates.
In doing so, you'll collaborate with leaders in Finance, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Technology, Human Resources, and other key areas, fostering a management style that empowers and enables your team.Develop and Apply Expertise: You'll develop, also thanks to our training, a deep expertise in recruitment in healthcare and related areas such as contracts (between candidates and healthcare organizations), immigration law, financial and accounting considerations for candidates, mediation and conflict prevention, etc.
