Sales Jornada completa **Trade Marketing Manager**Santiago, Chile The Trade Marketing & Insights Manager is responsible for the development and coordination of the trade marketing and insights activities to maximise the potential of the Red Bull brand in the trade whilst maintaining the brand personality and values.
They should lead the strategy of the local sales team and enable the execution of that strategy via Key Accounts and Field Sales teams.
This includes all means of communication (internal, trade and shopper), coordination between marketing and sales, POS development and implementation, Category Management projects, Pricing & Promotional evaluation, budget control, trial activities and sales analysis to generate insight.
In general, the job holder will co-ordinate and project manage all trade-led marketing activities.
+ Develop trade marketing strategies leveraging trade and marketing expertise to propose impactful trade-led activities.+ Support trade proposals with commercial rationale, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and image.+ Create and manage communication channels to ensure timely execution of Red Bull initiatives at internal, trade, and shopper levels.+ Educate and align the brand team to execute in-store activities based on the country marketing plan, translating it into a sales strategy.+ Facilitate proactive idea exchange between Marketing and Sales, challenging traditional approaches.+ Build an internal network across Communications, Brand, Sales, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, and Customer Insight teams.+ Act as the key advisor to the sales team, guiding account-related strategies.+ Define the "Perfect Store" by channel, using international marketing models.+ Support alignment of trade marketing activities across customers and channels.+ Ensure effective use of the global POS toolkit, adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining creativity.+ Develop national POS only when international material is unsuitable, with clear commercial benefits.+ Create long-term sales driver strategies across channels, engaging Key Account, Field Sales, and Distribution teams.8 years experience in FMCG sector, ideally as Business Insights Manager, Category Manager, POS Manager or Key Account Manager.
Leadership, motivation and team skills.
Presentation skills in order to communicate strategy and insights to customers and the Off Premise team.
Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and market trends.
CATMAN knowledge in Modern Trade Channel.
