Should have availability to travel around one week per month. In this role, a typical day will look like: Serve the business on Total Rewards matters including, but not limited to: job leveling, market pricing and offers, functional organization reviews, creating custom Total Rewards strategies for key markets, driving pay equity, maintaining internal governance for Total Rewards processes, implementing Total Rewards changes (proposed by the Total Rewards Center of Excellence) in response to legislative requirements, partnering with benefit vendors on programs and offerings, and delivering benefit program enhancements. Support People Leaders and HRBPs in providing high-value and strategic business partnerships and counsel on regional Total Rewards priorities and annual processes. Deliver key annual processes like Annual Compensation Planning, the four Equity Cycles, Annual Enrollment, as well as OUS benefit administration to associates (APAC, LATAM or EMEA). Stay abreast of total rewards market developments and support the equity compliance of local reporting requirements, such as China SAFE, UK sub plan, and other non-US special handling. Communicate total rewards programs to employees and leadership through various channels, ensuring clarity and understanding of the value provided. The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. 10+ years' progressive experience in compensation and benefits with procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations required. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese both in writing and speaking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization. Continuous improvement mindset focused on the associate value proposition. Proven experience effectively prioritizing and multitasking in a global, fast-paced, dynamic environment required. In-depth knowledge of the Compensation and benefit trends/policies and practices in the LATAM region.
