Tendering Coordinator

Description Mission: Develop accurate, timely completion of technical advice and provide comments to support early engagement, conceptual studies, and enquiry specifications for customers regarding power grid solutions.
Responsibilities: Coordinate the development of technical and commercial proposals for Grid and Integration projects.Analyze and interpret technical specifications, customer requirements, and applicable standards.Manage and supervise the proposal engineering team, ensuring the quality and accuracy of proposals.Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners to obtain quotes and technical information.Perform sizing and cost calculations, including equipment, materials, and labor.Prepare schedules and timeline estimates for project execution.Participate in technical and commercial meetings with clients, presenting proposals and clarifying doubts.Monitor market trends and technological innovations to ensure the competitiveness of proposals.Ensure that all proposals comply with the company's internal policies and procedures.Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies in the proposal processes.Ensure the technical validation of terms and conditions.Conduct contract analysis and participate in contractual negotiations with clients and suppliers.Ensure all contracts align with the company's strategic goals and legal requirements.Support technical project risk analysis.Your Background: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field. A postgraduate degree is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience in coordinating proposals or similar roles.Proven ability to manage teams and multiple projects simultaneously.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Office and project management tools.Advanced English. Other languages will be considered a plus.Deep technical knowledge of complete substation equipment, service, and integration.Knowledge of Power Quality solutions is a plus.Experience in technical application, with a proven ability to anticipate customer needs and market trends.Strong, well-developed communication, influencing, coaching, and leadership skills.Experience in preparing proposals for large projects.Location: Santiago de Chile, Lima Peru, Buenos Aires Argentina
