Key Responsibilities:

Leverage diverse sourcing channels to identify and attract qualified tech candidates.
Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews.
Manage the entire candidate lifecycle, providing a seamless and positive experience.
Utilize applicant tracking systems and other relevant tools to streamline the hiring process.

Requirements:

Proven experience in tech talent acquisition, with a deep understanding of the tech landscape and hiring trends.
