Role Overview The Technical Project Manager will play a key leadership role in driving the delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business objectives, and long-term company strategy.
This role requires a blend of project management expertise, technical knowledge, and strategic vision.
Responsibilities 1.
Project Management & Execution: ? Lead the execution of technical projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
? Facilitate collaboration across the technology team to remove blockers and ensure smooth execution of plans.
? Act as the primary point of contact for customers, gathering requirements, managing expectations, and maintaining alignment with project goals.
? Monitor and track project progress, ensuring commitments and timelines are met.

Team Coordination & Technical Oversight: ? Coordinate cross-functional teams (software, AI, hardware, DevOps) to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
? Contribute to the development and integration of cloud-based systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
? Add value to discussions and decision-making around embedded hardware integration and best practices.
? Promote and implement DevOps methodologies to enhance team efficiency and deployment practices.

Strategic Planning & Rollout: ? Develop detailed plans for future rollouts, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and operational goals.
? Collaborate with stakeholders to define long-term strategies for technology adoption, scaling, and innovation.
? Identify opportunities for expanding product offerings and aligning them with emerging market trends.
Requirements: ? Degree: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
? English: C1 ideal / B2 minimum ? Experience: ? 5+ years of experience in project management, including customer-facing responsibilities.
? 2+ years of experience in cloud management or working with cloud-based systems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
? Proven ability to manage customer-facing interactions, including requirement gathering, expectation management, and project delivery.
? Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, particularly in projects involving cloud systems and embedded hardware.
? Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
? Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, containerization) is a plus.
? Skills: ? Excellent organizational and planning skills with a strategic mindset.
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
? Problem-solving abilities to remove roadblocks and drive team success.
? Location Requirement: Based in Chile for at least 1-2 years.
