Job Summary The role of the technical assistant is to support the network of authorized technical services, guiding them in solving difficult-to-solve diagnoses. They must also perform remote and even on-site diagnoses. The main objective is to provide technical support to the network of authorized technical services. A profile with experience in practical diagnostic work is highly desirable. Knowledge of English and Portuguese (oral and written) Main Activities: Respond to diagnostic requests from the authorized service network received by the online system. Keep the online system up to date. Maintain response times within the parameters required by the brand. Make timely escalation of difficult-to-solve cases that pose a risk to users or have legal implications. Actively participate in technical meetings. Manage the training center's diagnostic equipment.
