The Team Head is responsible for leading his/her team towards a common goal and objective. He/she supervises the operation of his/her team and the branches as a whole. He/she is expected to be a motivator and innovator who can unite and lead his/her team to achieve the set goals. Together with his/her team, he/she is expected to solve problems, make improvements, and act upon information received in a timely manner. Responsibilities: Ensure branches in the team meet or exceed given sales targets. Share routine information and deal with or delegate tasks to co-members. Be involved in planning, decision-making, and setting operational controls while monitoring these controls. Motivate, discipline, and resolve conflicts to ensure a good working environment within the team. Lead in the training and development of co-members to create more leaders and ensure the team's continuous growth and development. Ensure the team's and members' compliance with company policies and discipline erring associates. Ensure that each team member is aware of and practices LBC's Five (5) Service Principles, adhering to the Quality Management System to meet the company's Quality Objectives. Job Specification: Education: Graduate of any four (4) year business course. Working Experience: At least 2 years experience in a related field. Skills: Good sales and/or customer service orientation. Above average quantitative and analytical skills. Excellent leadership skills. Knowledge of business and management principles. Above average project management and time management skills. Ability to work collaboratively and a desire to lead the team. Good written and verbal communication skills, goal-oriented. Innovative problem-solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve complaints. Highly adaptable, resourceful, patient, risk-taker, and open to new ideas.
