We are looking for a TbM Learning & Development Analyst to join our Continuous Improvement team. As a Learning & Development Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, coordinating and delivering learning programs and initiatives that support the professional growth and development of our office-based and frontliners employees within: Inland Execution, Depots, Maintenance, FinOps, LCL and Continuous Improvement. You will also be involved in evaluating the impact and effectiveness of our learning solutions and providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
