GHD's Chile Region is looking for a passionate, self-motivated bilingual Sr. Talent Acquisition Lead Recruiter who is driven to deliver top talent and join a fast-paced and dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee and be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent for the Chile region as well as manage candidate engagement throughout the full recruitment lifecycle while proactively working to ensure GHD builds a diverse workforce. The position is in our Santiago, Chile office.
This position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
Responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment for requisitions across Chile and Americas including job postings, sourcing and resume review, pre-screening, interviews, pipeline tracking and offer extensions and negotiation.Actively engaged in networking of talent in the engineering/science and sustainability specialists (STEM market), a strong understanding of the local competition and working towards building and maintaining strong pipelines for complex searches by leveraging networks and platforms.Develop a deep understanding of the region's talent needs and key business drivers across different teams and groups.Collaborate and share knowledge and best practices with Regional People Leader and Regional People Business Partners to develop strategic talent acquisition plans based on business plans, labor projections, project delivery plans, etc.Build and maintain collaborative relationships with hiring managers to consult, develop, and execute talent sourcing strategies for a variety of requisitions (intermediate/senior leadership level hires).Proactively build candidate pipelines and manage the candidate experience throughout the sourcing process for active and future requisitions as well as remaining up to date with all correspondence to candidates in a timely manner.Ensure recruiting and hiring practices follow corporate policies and regional governmental regulations.What you will bring to the team:
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or other relevant discipline.Minimum of 10 years of full cycle strategic recruiting experience in engineering and/or technology fields.Bilingual Spanish/English (written & oral) with exceptional communication skills.Proven track record of success in sourcing top talent within the engineering/design/project consulting/contractor or professional services sectors, including talent pipelining.Team player with excellent time management and ability to multi-task and adapt to a rapidly paced and changing environment.Strong interviewing, negotiation, and closing skills.Resourceful with strong analytical skills.Self-motivated and ability to meet tight deadlines.Strong drive to meet productivity targets.Ability to inspire others with impactful communications and adopt a One GHD mindset.Knowledgeable in employment law and other regionally specific compliance regulations.If you're interested in pursuing this opportunity, please submit your application including your English CV below!
