As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and manage the full-cycle recruitment process. Your goal will be to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience while meeting the company's staffing requirements. In addition, you will be supporting other HR operations, such as administrative processes, office management, among others. Key Responsibilities Own the full-cycle recruiting process with an emphasis on strong hiring manager partnership and effective candidate advocacy. Continuously strive to improve the recruiting process using data and analyzing market trends. Source candidates, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit. Be a Topsort ambassador and provide a welcoming and delightful candidate experience. Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with hiring managers and company leadership. Manage offer process, partnering with hiring managers, leadership, and HR teams. Continuously and independently seek new ways to improve both the candidate experience and HR processes. Support operations: Assist with office scheduling, interviews, managing agendas, booking travels, and other necessary admin tasks. People Care Experience: Plan events, training, and workshops. Partner with the People team in rolling out new People programs, processes, and technology, create training materials and content, and partner closely with the People team in launching and communicating learning workshops. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software, we use Greenhouse and Rippling at Topsort. Strong organizational and time management skills.
