Ability to make high quality management decisions ensuring strategic business goals and objectives are achieved. Provides internal and external management and consultancy to develop and improve mining solutions based on business needs with a holistic approach formed through a deep understanding of mine processes. Manage the implementation and deployment of Value-Add services. Manage corporate Customer Sucess activities regionally in support of Modular's Service Model, product development, sales and marketing**Travel Requirements**:75%**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:- Manages the Mining Value-Add Solution activities, providing client performance tracking- Visits to mine sites to meet decision making Managers and strategic stakeholders, as frequently as needed- Informs clients of Modular's Value-Add Services updates and associated benefits- Anticipates what internal and external stakeholders must know about support issues/requests, and provides the information to relevant stakeholders- Uncovers early business opportunities and updates clients on new product/software releases- Maintains proper and permanent intra-departmental relationships- Reporting internally on consulting service performance- Solicits client feedback to improve service- Meets commitments**Required Skills**:**Required Skills**:- Degree in Mining Engineering is preferred- **At least 10 years of experience**.
