Must-Have Qualifications 7+ years blockchain development experience with production-grade solutions.
5+ years expert-level Substrate framework and Rust programming experience.

Proven experience with parachains, relay chains, and decentralized governance.
Mastery of consensus mechanisms (BABE, GRANDPA) and cryptographic algorithms.
Strong focus on scalability and fault tolerance in high-performance systems.
Familiarity with Polkadot/Kusama ecosystems and tools (Polkadot.js, Substrate Developer Hub).
Contributions to significant blockchain projects (open-source portfolio preferred).
