Position Overview: The Strategic Executive Assistant will work closely with the CEO to manage projects, oversee operations, and ensure seamless coordination across administrative functions.
This role demands a proactive, organized individual with strong emotional intelligence and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Manage projects using Monday.com, creating project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
CEO Support: Coordinate the CEOs calendar, prioritize tasks, and provide operational support, including travel coordination, document preparation, and email management.
System Optimization: Develop and implement efficient systems and workflows to enhance organizational performance.
Client Engagement: Ensure outstanding client experiences with timely communication and deliver at least one WOW client moment per month General Administration: Handle virtual office management tasks, document organization, and assist with internal coordination.
Qualifications: High emotional intelligence with a proactive, self-starter approach.
Strong project management skills and experience with Monday.com or similar tools.
Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Suite, Canva, Zoom, and other modern tech platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to optimize workflows and implement structured systems.
Nice-to-Haves: Experience with Go High Level or HubSpot.
Familiarity with entrepreneurial time management systems (ETS).
Previous experience in a high-net-worth or family office environment.
