Role: Energy Supply Advisory Sales Manager - Hispanic Latin America
Location: Flexible within Hispanic Latin America, with a preference for major business hubs
Responsibilities: · Commercial Targets: Take full accountability for meeting and exceeding commercial targets for energy supply advisory sales in Hispanic Latin America.
· Team Management: Provide leadership, coaching, and management to a team of energy supply advisory sales professionals operating across Hispanic Latam, focusing particularly on Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, and Argentina.
· Renewable Energy Focus: Drive the advancement and implementation of Renewable Energy Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) advisory services across Hispanic Latin America, aligning with the organization's focus on sustainability and renewable energy solutions.
· Strategy Contribution: Play a key role in shaping the offer strategy for energy supply advisory services in Hispanic Latin America, leveraging market insights and customer needs to drive business growth.
· Collaboration: Work closely with an international community of delivery managers to ensure seamless alignment between sales and delivery functions, fostering a cohesive and integrated approach to client engagement and service delivery.
Qualifications
Qualifications: · Proven experience in commercial sales, particularly within the energy sector and/or advisory services.
· Demonstrated success in leading and motivating teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.
· Strong understanding of the energy market in Hispanic Latin America, with a focus on Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, and Argentina.
· Knowledge or experience in Renewable Energy Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) is highly desirable.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultural and geographical boundaries.
