About the RoleImprove employee experience by managing vendors effectively ensuring contract performance:
Demonstrates an overriding commitment to health, safety and environment responsibility and to sustainable development.Performs the execution of effective and high-quality local contract management and benefits activities promoting permanent optimisation.Builds relationships and contract management with external benefit vendor to ensure high quality service delivery and prompt resolution of issues.Develops a trusted advisor relationship with key internal stakeholders and external benefits vendor.Execution of escalation model with end user and vendors, while assisting with requests or issue escalations as needed.Perform in a timely manner all reporting related with the contracts and key indicators while ensuring vendor performance.Contributes to simplify the HR Operating Model by actively removing duplication and enhancing standardisation and efficiency.Ensures BHP data privacy standards are met at all times.Monitors risk and audit processes as they relate to HR services and vendor management.Validates mass communications to be sent from vendors to employees.Manages budget controls and uploads.Manages site access for service delivery if required.Manages change management with vendors regarding process changes.Liaises with government and non-government authorities such as tax office, Labour authority, AFC, pension companies and Isapres.Control the invoicing and payment processes for vendors, asking for the proper back up in order to keep audit trail.Manages properly the documentation associated with the Role.About YouThe ideal candidate should have:
Academic Degree in Business Administration or HR related is preferred.Relevant experience on contracts management, showing strong understanding of the Chilean Labour Legislation.Experience with the management and understanding of benefit and health plans.Fluent English and Spanish, both verbal and written.About Our ProcessAt BHP, we are committed to employing individuals who align with the BHP Charter Values and meet the requirements of the role.
