The Operation Support Area is responsible for controlling and monitoring the Services.
It must provide support in the initial definition of spare parts, tools, and resources for implementation by the Operational area.
You need to ensure that the entire System (SAP and Salesforce) is aligned with the Operation, establishing KPIs and operational controls.
Responsibilities: Balance all assigned territory orders to ensure minimum downtime and maximum productivity.Ensure service crew composition is up to date and adjusted to demand.Plan and monitor tools, parts & services on time before crew mobilization.Manage crew schedules on a day-to-day basis.Align service schedule with obligations in service contracts.Guarantee on-time communication to crews and partners.Balance and control KPIs and PPIs related to Planning & Scheduling.Qualifications: Experience in the wind industry.Degree in Industrial Engineering, logistics, or a related field.SAP intermediate-advanced level (PM, MM, SD).Advanced level in Microsoft tools (Excel - Macro, Power BI).Knowledge of Salesforce.Intermediate-Advanced English.Experience in logistics processes, though not exclusive.Location: Chile (Santiago), Argentina (Buenos Aires; Bahia Blanca) or Uruguay (Montevideo).
