The Operation Support Area is responsible for controlling and monitoring the Services.
It must provide support in the initial definition of spare parts, tools, and resources for implementation by the Operational area.
You need to ensure that the entire system (SAP and Salesforce) is aligned with the operation, establishing KPIs and operational controls.
Responsibilities: Balance all assigned territory orders to ensure minimum downtime and maximum productivity.Service crew composition is up to date and adjusted to demand.Tools, parts & services are planned and monitored on time before crew mobilization.Crew schedules are managed on a day-to-day basis.Service schedule is aligned with the obligations in service contracts.On-time communication to crews and partners is guaranteed.KPIs and PPIs related to Planning & Scheduling are balanced and under control.Qualifications: Experience in the wind industry.Industrial Engineering, logistics, or a related career.SAP intermediate-advanced level (PM, MM, SD).Advanced level Microsoft tools (Excel - Macro, Power BI).Knowledge of Salesforce.Intermediate-Advanced English.Experience in logistics processes, without being exclusive.Location: Chile (Santiago), Argentina (Buenos Aires; Bahia Blanca) or Uruguay (Montevideo).
