South Latam Sales Manager, Enterprise Informatics (Healthcare) Santiago CLP 20.000.000 - 40.000.000 Your role: Responsible for sales and commercial partnership with customers in the markets for Electronic Medical Record, Interoperability, Radiology, Cardiology & Oncology Informatics products for South Latam region (Argentina, Chile, Perú, Bolivia, Paraguay y Uruguay). Responsible for creation and implementation of the regional sales strategy and the Sales Plan, including sales forecasts. May lead the sales team, works together with operations and marketing. Develop clear and achievable strategies, objectives and tactical plans for the district based on Key account management, customer centricity, segmentation, customer needs and market conditions synchronized with the BMC objectives. Developing and driving credibility and long-term relationship with the customers in the assigned area, to fulfill long-term sales objectives. Identify and develop new business opportunities, including solutions in collaboration with Solutions team in the Market. Execution and management of the yearly business plan of the district. Meet or exceed sales, volumes, order intake, and financial target including direct cost management. Responsible for the monthly district business review meetings: sales, volumes, order intake, sales, forecast, price realization, Cost of Organization (CoO), customer complaints, escalations and supply chain. Deal approval, approve multimodality within pricing framework and ensure escalation for deals outside pricing framework.
