Come and be part of Join Talent, a dynamic and growing recruitment insourcing business, as a Tech Sourcing Specialist.
This is a 6 month FTC initially, with scope to extend further for the right candidate, you'll be working with a market leader in the manufacturing space with an integral part of the recruiting process.
What You'll Do: Hunt for Tech Gems: Utilize your sourcing superpowers to identify and attract top-tier tech talent in manufacturing and electronics.Build Strong Relationships: Network with industry professionals, attend tech events, and leverage social media to build a strong pipeline of candidates.Provide a Stellar Candidate Experience: Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.Partner with the Team: Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional results.What You'll Need: Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of the tech industry, emerging trends, and talent pools.Sourcing Superpowers: Proven ability to source passive candidates through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals).Tech Tool Proficiency: Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, SourceBottle).Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts and build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can quickly adapt to changing priorities.Problem-Solving Skills: Creative thinker who can overcome challenges and find innovative solutions.What We Offer: Immediate Start: Join our team immediately and make an immediate impact.Hybrid Work Model: Work 3 days per week on-site in Hyderabad and 2 days remotely.Competitive Compensation: Attractive salary and benefits package.Professional Growth: Opportunity to work with a talented team and develop your skills.If you're a passionate tech sourcing specialist who's ready to take on new challenges, we want to hear from you.
