Job Summary: In this role, you will deploy computing hardware and provide deskside support to end users, supporting MS Office, e-mail, and collaboration platforms.
You will develop reports, dashboards, automate workflows, maintain IT asset inventory, and assist with plans for proposals, studies, and projects.
Your support will enhance technological efficiency, contributing to project success and client satisfaction.
Major Responsibilities: Deploying computing hardware and providing deskside support to end users.
Supporting MS Office\E-mail\collaboration platforms.
Installing and supporting GBU standard applications.
Assisting with the implementation of and providing support for IS&T products, services and/or applications to individual studies and projects.
Working closely with Corporate GIO to follow hardware deployment standards and following and adhering to Corporate, GBU and Project IT procedures, standards, and security requirements.
Developing IT reports, dashboards and automating workflows.
Maintaining IT asset inventory.
As directed, contributing to IS&T and automation/IM Planning for proposals, studies, and projects.
Education and Experience Requirements: Technical or Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Execution or Connectivity and Networks, and 3 years of experience related to the position.
Experience in support (user level).
Required Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge in database's administration.
Knowledge in administration and configuration of networking equipment.
Office 365 platforms.
