Are you a registered Sonographer looking to highlight your knowledge, skills, and abilities in a new and dynamic environment? We currently have an exciting opportunity for you to bring your excellent work ethic to our Sonography department.
In accordance with established vision and values of the organization and in accordance with the standards of professional practice, performs diagnostic ultrasound procedures/examinations and related duties working in collaboration with radiologists/cardiologists, physicians and other health care professionals.
Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Monday to Friday, Days, 08:30 to 16:30, 08:00 to 16:00.
This position is flexible to the communities of Smithers or Hazelton, with primary work schedule to happen at the home site, with some travel expectations at the other site.

Qualifications
- Graduate of a recognized/accredited North American Program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography (Ultrasonography).
- Current certification with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) and/or Canadian Association of Registered Diagnostic Ultrasound Professionals (CARDUP) as required for the assigned practice area (such as, generalist, cardiac, and/or vascular).
- Active membership in good standing with ARDMS and/or Canadian Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (CSDMS).

Demonstrated ability in the use of e-mail and word processing. Ability to operate other related equipment as required in the specific practice area.
