Main PurposeLead customer needs diagnosis (current situation and expected results definition).Define client target profile and prioritize solution requests.Define and implement operational efficiency action plan.Measure and publish results and capture learnings.Evaluate and pursue the option of cross selling solutions.Your Mission Will Be ToDesign new business models based on customers' needs and global best practice.Lead customer needs diagnosis (current situation and expected results definition).Define client target profile and prioritize solution requests.Define and implement operational efficiency action plan.Measure and publish results and capture learnings.Work with large amounts of data and leverage BI / Clinical Support to translate Customer data into tangible actions to improve workflow.Perform clinical application in selected customers.Oversee the entire solution development process, from ideation to delivery, ensuring the solution meets customer needs and regulatory compliance.Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand the customer needs of the radiology suite and how these needs translate into opportunities for improvement.Based on customer needs, define the overall objectives for the solution squad team, including developing a clear roadmap for solution development and delivery with a high-quality standard.Manage the overall solution development process, including coordinating team members, ensuring timelines are met, and monitoring progress to ensure alignment with broader organizational goals and objectives.Facilitate clear communication between team members, stakeholders, and any external partners or vendors involved in the solution development process, managing potential risks associated with the solution development process.Monitor solution results by continuously checking in with customers regarding solution sustainability and conduct customer satisfaction surveys.Ensure the successful delivery of the solution, including overseeing deployment, training, and support.Unlock Your PotentialRequired Qualifications: 3+ years in healthcare provider.Radiologic technologist.Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to translate those needs into a clear solution roadmap.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders and team members at all levels.Experience managing a team of technical professionals and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage risks associated with the solution development process.Capacity to build and sell solutions business cases and value proposition.Fluency in English.Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Innovation, Digital, Healthcare, Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.Experience in healthcare or medical device development.Project management skills (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies).Experience with contrast, protocols and injectors.YOUR APPLICATION This is your opportunity to tackle the world's biggest challenges with us: Maintaining our health, feeding growing populations and slowing the rate of climate change.
