JOB SUMMARY We are looking for an inquisitive, driven and experienced Software AI Developer in Test to join our AI Test Lab team.
Reporting to our Senior Engineering Manager, you will focus on research and hands-on build & test of cutting-edge AI open-source frameworks and libraries that complement and enhance the company platform and refine our market fit.
You will also rigorously test our AI-powered features to ensure they deliver accuracy, performance and value to our users.
You will work across our tech stack and work with everyone in the company spanning technical and non-technical roles.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Conducts hands-on research of open-source and proprietary AI tools, libraries and frameworks to help integrate and improve our solutions.
• Drives testing of our AI-enabled features to ensure semantic accuracy and optimal performance.
• Executes testing activities such as Regression, System, Functional, Integration, and Performance.
• Follows established Agile process and QA best practices for high-quality releases.
• Contributes to design, implementation and support of existing test automation framework and tests.
• Systematically thinks through potential design impacts on other teams and the company.
• Works with team members in QA, Development, Product Management and our Developer Advocate to help refine our roadmap to meet market needs.
• Go-to Expert in an area, with an increasingly strategic mindset.
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor's degree in engineering computer science or related field • English level CEFR B1 • 5+ year's experience as a Test Engineer.
• Demonstrated experience with and understanding of AI/ML concepts and technical trends.
PREFERRED SKILLS • Experience testing web apps and solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools and processes.
• Proficient in Python and JavaScript with a proven ability to write maintainable code.
• Coding experience in applying ML frameworks such as Keras, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Langchain, OpenAI and Huggingface • Knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and version control (e.g.
Git) • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Handles open-ended problems & ambiguity well.
