You as the Social Media Specialist at Pepperstone will have a unique opportunity to shape and bring to life impactful social media strategies that perfectly align with our marketing goals in Latin America.
You will be the skilled storyteller behind captivating narratives and powerful campaigns that highlight the distinct identity and values of our brand.
By collaborating closely with key stakeholders, you will drive revenue growth for our business through these initiatives.As our Social Media Specialist , your key responsibilities include, but not limited to Having a clear understanding of the impact social media has on communications and recognizing its potential to benefit the Pepperstone brand and our marketing efforts.
Developing social content calendars and campaigns that align with our marketing plans and strategy, covering hero, hub, and hygiene social pillars.
Maintaining complete accuracy in all social content calendars, ensuring that links are correct and translated content is included.
Demonstrating expertise in cultivating and supporting an engaged social media community across various platforms such as Meta, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, and regional-specific platforms.
Identifying innovative and proactive methods to engage audiences on social media platforms and possessing the ability to handle community issues or crises appropriately.
Capable of transforming complex financial materials into compelling social media copy while emphasizing key messaging.
Identifying and evaluating the suitability of influencers through research.
Understanding the ingredients of captivating social media content.
Suggesting content ideas based on market and industry trends.
Working closely with the LATAM marketing team in executing campaigns on a daily basis.
Monitoring and evaluating the performance of all social media campaigns.
Regularly providing reports and insights to senior management regarding the ROI and effectiveness of social media efforts.
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with regional marketing leads, commercial heads, sales teams, partners, legal and compliance, sponsors, and agency partners.
Serving as the main point of contact for social media in LATAM, ensuring that we maximize opportunities for engagement.
About you Minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in social media, backed by a degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or PR.
An innate understanding of effective marketing strategies and a knack for brand development.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills that set you apart.
Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, delivering high-quality work efficiently.
A creative thinker with a strategic mindset and analytical prowess.
Proven experience in budget management and forecasting financials.
