Social Media/Marketing - Digital Specialist

We are looking for a Social Media/Marketing Digital Specialist to join the team of an important real estate retail company located in Rancagua, willing to accept the challenge of leading, planning, monitoring, and executing the social strategy. Our client is a major real estate retail company with a presence in the sixth region. This position will report to the Marketing Manager, and its main functions will be: Conduct regular planning of digital marketing campaigns. Implement campaigns on social media advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tik-Tok Lead Ads). Analyze and interpret data obtained after campaigns. Prepare and present management reports and data from the area. Follow-up and review of similar RR.SS, raising opportunities for channel improvement. Minimum requirements include: Commercial Engineer or Marketing Engineer, with at least 2 years of experience in the position or similar functions. Experience and knowledge in Google Analytics, SEO tools, and data analysis (Power BI, Excel). Availability to work face-to-face in Rancagua. Proactive professional, team-based work, good relationships, and communication skills complete the profile. We offer fixed-term recruitment, with subsequent renewal to indefinite.
