Great people make Schneider Electric a great company. Job Title – Site Manager, RAC SAM Location: Santiago, Chile The Site Manager is responsible for managing the construction of one or more sites.
He/She sets up and monitors the overall organization of the sites in conjunction with the Site supervisors.
He/She must comply with all the safety, quality and technical regulations and standards in force.
He/She is also responsible for ensuring that the works progress smoothly in compliance with costs, deadlines and resources.
He/She reports to the Head of Regional Site Teams (regularly) and reports functionally to the Operation Manager of the GCP Ops Site Works department.
He/She is responsible for site record management and provides feedback at site closure.
QualificationsSuperior or master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Automation Engineering or similar Engineering areas10 years minimum as a Site Supervisor / Commissioning SupervisorExperience or literacy with any of Schneider Equipment for MV (Premset, MCSET, PIX), Protection Relays (SEPAM, Micom, Easergy), UPS APC Symmetra and LV Distribution panels (Blokset, Okken, Prisma) is an advantageAdvanced technical/business English, Native Spanish, Portuguese desirableAvailable for travels 75% of the time in all South America and Remote workTeam managementFlexibility & Reliability, Focus on technical details & Customer focus, Team playerAbility to communicate (written, verbal) in clear and synthetic manner on technical issues/topicsGood Software tools literacy: MS Office (MS Project), Acrobat, AutoCAD, Outlook, Testing device software (Omicron), Protection Relays Setting softwareKnowledge of Medium voltage/Low voltage equipment, Power stations and principles, The latest technologies and commissioning test principlesWhy us?
