Job Title - Site Manager, RAC SAM Location: Santiago, Chile The Site Manager is responsible for managing the construction of one or more sites.
He/She sets up and monitors the overall organization of the sites in conjunction with the Site supervisors .
He/She must comply with all the safety, quality and technical regulations and standards in force.
He/She is also responsible for ensuring that the works progress smoothly in compliance with costs, deadlines and resources.
He/She reports to the Head of Regional Site Teams (regularly) and reports functionally to the Operation Manager of the GCP Ops Site Works department.
He/She is responsible for site record management and provides feedback at site closure.
Qualifications * Superior or master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Automation Engineering or similar Engineering areas * • 10 years minimum as a Site Supervisor / Commissioning Supervisor * Experience or litteracy with any of Schneider Equipment for MV (Premset, MCSET, PIX), Protection Relays (SEPAM, Micom, Easergy), UPS APC Symmetra and LV Distribution panels (Blokset, Okken, Prisma) is advantage * • Advanced technical/business English, Native Spanish, Portuguese desirable.
* • Available for travels 75% of the time in all South America and Remote work * Team management * Flexibility & Reliability, Focus on technical details & Customer focus, Team player * Ability to communicate (written, verbal) in clear and synthetic manner on technical issues/topics.
* Good Software tools literacy: MS Office (MS Project), Acrobat, AutoCAD, Outlook, Testing device software(Omicron), Protection Relays Setting software * Knowledge of Medium voltage/Low voltage equipment, Power stations and principles, The latest technologies and commissioning test principles Why us?
