As a Short Stay Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the administrative and logistical aspects of short-term stays for guests, patients, or travelers.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and book accommodations, transportation, and services for short-term stays Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to confirm arrangements Manage reservations, bookings, and payment processing Provide exceptional customer service and support Troubleshoot any issues or concerns that may arise Maintain accurate records and reports Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth client experience Stay up-to-date with industry trends and vendor offerings Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, travel, or a related field Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in computer software and systems (e.g., reservation software, Microsoft Office) Strong attention to detail and customer service skills Job Type: Part-time Pay: $410,000 - $450,000 per month #J-18808-Ljbffr
