Responsibilities This role is responsible for being the leader of all the innovation campaigns, seasonalities, and promotions for all the brands portfolio of Argentina, analyzing the correct investment in the first term and for each channel of purchase in the second term, capturing opportunities and facilitating decision making; supporting company financial, innovation, and sales goals.
This position assures the correct strategy and implementation of the seasonalities, activations, and events in point of purchase, with the objective of gaining engagement with clients, maximizing the resources of the area and facilitating the interaction with marketing, finance, revenue management, and sales areas.
He/She manages the whole POS strategy, interacting with the CCO teams and marketing teams aligning key visuals, POS materials, and POS activations.
This role is critical to ensure the trade promotions budget and A&M investments.
He/She is also in charge of the annual sales incentives through various campaigns for all the sales force with the objective to increase sales volume and market share.
This position is also responsible for the annual rack strategy of each channel of purchase for Argentina. He/She is in charge of the purchase, storage, distribution, and execution of all the racks in our clients. Rack investment: 3.2MM USD 44,000 units. He/She manages the correct assignment of the racks according to the market needs aligned with the sales areas. He/She is also in charge of interacting with the CCO team understanding the correct models of racks to purchase and capturing opportunities of developing new rack models according to the rack catalogue.
This role is responsible for the alignment and presentation of the Big Bets in the JBP OT process.
Furthermore, this role must have a seniority and empowerment to discuss, decide, and take actions acting as leader of Shopper Marketing & Merchandising with other stakeholders such as GM, Finance Manager, Marketing Manager, CCO managers, and sales managers, among others.
This role will have four direct reports: two analysts in charge of the logistics and distribution for the racks, and one campaigns & promotions intern. Both already exist.
Your Impact Active support to marketing, revenue, CCO, and sales teams at decisions to take a sustainable route map for each channel of purchase in terms of campaigns and promotions calendar.
Take a leading role in SM & Merch decision of the BU as long as he/she interacts with GM, Finance Manager, Marketing managers, Sales Managers, and CCO managers.
Lead campaigns, promotions for Chile.
Lead and assure racks strategy for Chile.
Communicate to Finance CU and Marketing Leadership teams the results of the campaigns and promotions.
Inform the execution of the distribution of the racks to the sales teams on a monthly basis.
The Campaigns and Promotions Leader coordinates and leads the POS agenda, from preparing information (Insights from MKT and Sales) to enabling decision making and formalizing a specific action plan to improve the POS Strategy.
Develop the action plan according to the solutions determined.
Lead Advantage_Trade Marketing Process for OT Customers.
Ensures execution plan, and gives follow up to conditioned invests performance, intern and extern.
Lead monthly meeting agenda with marketing, finance, sales, and CCO teams.
Active participation on Cheetah Local meetings / Define 360 campaigns with ecommerce local team.
Ensure implementation of best practices & align resources to help weekly challenges.
Propose Shopper Marketing & Merchandising opportunities, Lead Trade marketing Workshops and present main opportunities at POS.
Qualifications Who Are We Looking For?
