PURPOSE
This exciting opportunity exists in Fraser Alexander LATAM to provide technical assistance for operational activities within the work area, according to operational requirements. Ensure daily production targets are met. Manage the shift activities for FA's service operations under your responsibility, aiming to adhere to the defined program, promoting operational continuity with a focus on costs, risk control, quality, and sustainability, aligned with the Fraser Alexander Operating Model.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain smooth and efficient communication with superiors and/or external individuals as necessary, with whom daily coordination is required, respecting and obeying instructions given before and during operations.
Ensure that risk assessments and necessary action plans are compiled, maintained, and reviewed as required.
Responsibly use the resources allocated by the Project Manager/Contract Administrator.
Maintain all records according to site requirements (operational and safety-related).
Ensure the proper positioning of the HSF, SPCU, ROMU, or other units.
Ensure overall custody of the HSF, SPCU, ROMU, or other units.
Plan daily activities to be carried out at different work fronts, ensuring compliance with deadlines, work procedures,
scheduled goals, associated risks, and control measures.
QUALIFICATIONS
Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineer or Technician from an accredited university or institution.
EXPERIENCE
3 years or more previous experience is desired in mining operations, maintenance or control room operations, with strong knowledge of mining equipment and procedures.
