Our client is looking for the Business IT Analyst to join their team in Chile. The professional will be responsible for guiding the business and staff areas into the digitalization wave, by introducing new technologies in their activities or in their whole processes, in alignment with the corporate and country strategy.
Service Delivery Management Analyst Six (6) years of experience in digitalization, business processes optimization, business intelligence, data management and/or business analytics.Proven experience delivering IT/Business systems for commercial, operations and/or finance departments, preferably in global organizations.Strong experience in the application of agile and project management guidelines.Good knowledge of the commercial, operations and/or finance processes in the energy (preferably), mining, banking, or telecommunications sector. (Desirable)Familiar with Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Virtual & Augmented Reality, DevOps, RPA, and how these technologies can be used to create value.Certified as a PMP and/or Scrum MasterUniversity degree in Engineering, any specialization.Personal skills: Business oriented attitude, providing considerable value.Innovative and creative to propose improvements.Build relationships, promoting good teamwork.Goal-oriented and positive attitude.Good cooperation and communication skills, at all levels.Self-driven, motivated to stay current on technology.Emotional self-control.Ability and willingness to work across time zones and create trust across cultures.Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.Tasks: Be the IT/Business liaison to understand and manage digitalization initiatives.Analyze business processes holistically to come up with ideas that can make them more efficient through automations, systematization, or others, with the use of technologies.Develop executive level communication to drive the decision-making process among project sponsors and other senior executives within the company.Project management of the business or support areas inclose coordination with key business stakeholders, suppliers, global and the local IT team, ensuring to deliver on scope, time, quality and cost.Build and present MVPs to key business stakeholders to inspire them to identify where these solutions can be used to create value.Deliver robust, secure and scalable digital solutions, fulfilling all the project closing requirements.Ensure all the related documentation such as RFPs, presentations, end-user guides, status reports, among others, complies with the company standardsBenchmark within company globally, local markets and competitorsto seek for better/ new solutions and also to reach for new technologiesUndertake any other duties of a similar level and responsibility as may be required from time to time.
